Well packaged so it didn't come damaged. The keys are pressed more easily than my previous keyboard(which was also mechanical). Colorful, overall happy. I like the lighting modes. Also this keyboard has a chipset that detects it as a logitech keyboard. The shortcuts are very useful for music. It's small, responds fast. I had, however, some antighosting issues. Could be just the keyboard switches, after just almost 2 months. Not very based switches, my W key broke after all. Half the time, the key wouldn't register and i'm sure it was the keyboard. I'm very happy that they included 2 bonus key switches, this way I can keep using it. For this price, I'm still very happy. The manual is useful and the product still is asthetically pleasing.
